I don't remember what day it was
I didn't notice what time it was
All I know is that I fell in love with you
And if all my dreams come true
I'll be spending time with you
Every day's a new day in love with you
With each day comes a new way of loving you
Every time I kiss your lips my mind starts to wander
And if all my dreams come true
I'll be spending time with you
Oh, I love you more today than yesterday
But not as much as tomorrow
I love you more today than yesterday
But, darling, not as much as tomorrow
Tomorrow's date means springtime's just a day away
Cupid, we don't need ya now, be on your way
I thank the lord for love like ours that grows ever stronger
And I always will be true
I know you feel the same way too
Oh, I love you more today than yesterday
But not as much as tomorrow
I love you more today than yesterday
But only half as much as tomorrow
Sherri,
I tried to find some way to express how I feel about you and our life together. But sometimes words can't express that feeling, only my actions can!
You came into my life when I needed you the most. I didn't look for you, you just showed up at my door one day 17 years ago. Two years later my life began when we married. When some didn't want or thought we shouldn't be together, we have proved them wrong time and time again. While they sit with an empty life, we grow stronger each and every day. They can only dream of what we have together.
You have stuck by me through sickness and in health. But even through bad times our times were always the best because we were together. You have become such a strong woman since the day we met. I hope in some way that I played a part in making you stronger. You are the most sweetest and loving person that I have ever known.
So today is our day, something no one can ever take away from us. But there is one thing that I want you to know. I love you more than words can say, I love you more today than yesterday, but only half as much as tomorrow!
Forever... Scott
Wow that was so nice you made me cry. Thanks for the last 15 years and many many more to come. Luv ya!! Sherri
