Yesterday the Eagles signed Fullback Owen Schmitt to replace Leonard Weaver who has a torn ACL and will be out the rest of the season.
Schmitt played for the Seattle Seahawks before being released prior to the start of this season because new head coach Pete Carroll's offense doesn't need a true fullback.
Philly Fans will love this guy. He is a tough in-your-face type of player and a great replacement for Weaver!
